This is Sunday and I am trying to call the 800 number which is supposed to be 24 hrs, 7 days a week.
I have two fraudulent charges on my checking account and am beside myself that I have held on the line for 2 hours to speak to someone. I don’t know if the bank is not supporting customers 24 hrs , 7 days a week on the 800 number!
This is frustrating! The service at Suntrust is going downhill fast! When this virus is over, I along with many of neighbors are opening our banking with a more reliable bank!
