The ALDI opening times are more or less the same across the country. However, some ALDI stores do open one hour earlier and this entirely depends on the area you are living in. On weekdays most ALDI stores open at 8 am, although some open at 7 am.

The closing time is the same as all of them. All ALDI stores close at 10 pm sharp.

Weekend

On Saturdays, the same timing is followed as the weekdays as all stores operate from 7/8 am – 8 pm.

Timings for workers such as fire department staff, NHS, and police

Any workers from these departments can skip the long lines on one condition. They have to show a valid ID which proves that they belong to these departments. Such workers are also allowed to go into Aldi stores on Sunday before it is open to the general public.

They can come early and enter the store anytime after 9:30 am to shop for their essentials. Apart from that Scottish Aldi stores will open their doors for such workers at 9 am.

ALDI Delivery Options

Yes, Aldi is offering online delivery. However, because of the increase in demand, you are likely to get your delivery between three to ten working days. Apart from that Aldi Food parcels are being delivered within a period of two to three working days.

If you are worried about contact, then you shouldn’t be. To minimize risk and ensure that no contact is being made Aldi is making contact-less delivery. The delivery riders are instructed to ring the bell first and then stand a few metres apart with the parcel in between so you can come out and collect it.

However, if you have to place a large order of items then the store will contact you themselves to ask you what method of delivery you prefer. Do remember that it will still be as contact-free as possible because the delivery drivers will not be allowed to enter your premises.

They will ask you for your surname so they can validate the delivery and then be on their way. All SOP’s and protocols are being followed to ensure minimum risk and so everyone can have a smooth and risk-free experience.
